*What we are looking for*
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including packaging, assembling, and conducting quality assurance (QA) checks on products. Additionally, the role does involve some soldering and repairing of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
*Responsibilities*
* *Product Assembly:* Assist with the assembly of products, ensuring all components are correctly installed according to specifications and production schedules.
* *Packaging:* Safely and accurately package finished products for shipping or storage, ensuring all packaging meets company standards.
* *Quality Assurance (QA):* Conduct thorough quality inspections on assembled products, identifying defects or inconsistencies and reporting them to the supervisor.
* *PCB Soldering & Repair:* Perform soldering on PCBs, repairing any issues as necessary.
* *Inventory Management:* Assist in tracking parts and components inventory, notifying management of low stock levels to ensure production is not interrupted.
* *Compliance:* Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with industry standards.
* *Documentation:* Keep accurate records of product assembly, QA findings, and repairs made on PCBs.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with other team members to ensure production goals are met, including cross-functional tasks when needed.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for soldering and assembly tasks.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
