Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Urban area. Various locations. Tasks: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand. Professionalism in customer service. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Prepare, package and restock goods. Load and unload goods. Sort packages for delivery. Follow directions and read map. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Set appointments for sales team. Perform administrative tasks. Pay and receive payments for goods. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Transportation/travel experience: Local. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Work under pressure. Physically demanding.
