Location:   Various locations across  British Columbia As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee nursing operations within a healthcare setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing nursing staff, optimizing departmental performance, and fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.   Implement and monitor quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices. Oversee patient care activities, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and the delivery of safe, effective care. Develop and enforce policies and procedures that promote optimal nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes. Assist in managing departmental budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and controlling costs while maintaining quality care. Collaborate with other healthcare leaders and departments to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing nursing performance, patient satisfaction, and overall healthcare quality. Address and resolve conflicts and issues within the nursing team, promoting a positive work environment. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master?s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred. Valid state RN license and current CPR certification. Previous experience in a nursing leadership role, with a strong clinical background. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.
