Tasks

Co-ordinate administrative services

Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems

Prepare wills, real estate transactions and other legal documents, court reports and affidavits

Draft legal correspondence

Record transactions

Provide staff training

Provide clients with information

Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client

Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems

Assist prospective buyers in making offers of purchase on real estate properties

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
