Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. Usability testing. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests. Ensure compliance with government regulations. Conduct surveys. Prepare reports. Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage and work processes.
