*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to details, excellent, phone etiquette, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication within the office and with customers, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office and other computerized systems.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep records up to date.
- Creating Accounts Receivable invoices along with coding and entering Accounts Payables invoices.
- Prepare small quotes over the phone and in person.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette are essential for effective communication.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in SAP computer program is an asset.

Pay: $21.00-$23.50 per hour
