Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Estimate costs and materials. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervision: Motor vehicle body repairers. Automotive technicians/motor vehicle mechanics. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Organized. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
