*Overview*:
We?re looking for driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representatives to become key members of our dynamic team at Empower Home Comfort. In this role, you'll engage with potential customers from leads generated through our innovative marketing efforts, qualifying homeowners for exclusive HVAC programs and booking appointments for our skilled outside sales team. *Key Responsibilities*:
* Proactively make high-volume outbound calls to connect with homeowners and introduce Empower Home Comfort?s cutting-edge HVAC programs.
* Qualify potential leads by assessing their eligibility, ensuring they are a perfect match for our exclusive services.
* Schedule appointments for our outside sales team, optimizing their time by booking meetings with qualified, engaged homeowners.
* Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals, driving success for both yourself and the team.
* Accurately document all lead interactions, follow-ups, and appointments in our CRM, keeping everything organized and streamlined.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a positive experience for every potential client.
* Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless coordination and follow-through on all booked appointments.
*Qualifications: *
* At least 1 year of experience in a call center or similar role, with a track record of success in high-volume outbound calling.
* Demonstrated ability to engage leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments efficiently.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present ideas clearly, and handle objections with ease.
* Strong organizational skills, ensuring that all calls, leads, and appointments are tracked and managed effectively.
* Results-driven and motivated by meeting targets, with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking software is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
