Relocation costs not covered by employer. Institutional. Residential. Restoration. Various locations. Historical restoration. Construction site. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Read blueprints and drawings. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Supervise staff. Supervise staff or team. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Maintain progress and other reports. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervise other technical support workers in this group. Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Supervision: Bricklayers. 5-10 people. Apprentices. Trades helpers. Labourers.
