*Job Summary:* As an Construction Manager at Brahm-Crete Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our operations related to gypsum floor underlayment installation projects. You will be responsible for scheduling work, coordinating crews, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, ensuring quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Project Management:*
* Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
* *Resource Allocation:*
* Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for projects.
* Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
* *Quality Assurance:*
* Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the operations team.
* *Team Leadership:*
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth and development.
* Promote safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
* *Client Relationship Management:*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
* Identify opportunities for additional services or future projects and collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on flooring or underlayment installations.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
