*As the Marketing Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to and execute marketing plans that align with our business objectives in the Canadian market. A significant portion of your role will focus on managing our social media presence, where you will engage with our audience, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with various internal teams and our global headquarters to analyze and adapt global marketing material to the local market, as well as develop original content. Reporting directly to the National Manager, Marketing and Customer Excellence, you will also play a key role in managing our digital presence, including the e-shop, while continuously optimizing our marketing efforts.*
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· *Marketing plans*: Contribute to the development and execute marketing plans that support our business goals.
· *Content development and adaptation*: Analyze and adapt global marketing materials to suit our market, and develop original content tailored to local needs, including product labelling, advertising campaigns, and social media posts.
· *Social media management*: Take ownership of our social media platforms, developing and implementing a comprehensive social media calendar. Monitor online communities, engage with followers, and create content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement. Analyze performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
· *Local market research*: Gather and analyze local market data to inform adaptations of global strategies and ensure their effectiveness within the Canadian context.
· *SEO/SEM management*: Optimize our e-shop and website by ensuring they follow SEO best practices and managing any paid search (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
· *Event coordination*: Plan and coordinate trade and community events, including logistics, promotion, etc.
· *Performance analysis and reporting*: Analyze marketing performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns and initiatives.
· *Collaboration*: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external agencies, and global headquarters partners to ensure efficient communication and alignment on marketing goals and initiatives.
*1. EDUCATION: *Undergraduate university studies ? Business, Marketing and/or Communication
*2. EXPERIENCE: *2-4 years in a similar role, ideally in healthcare/medical device/direct-to-consumer environment
*3. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND BEHAVIOUR REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE*

· *Social media expertise: *Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
· *Effective communication: *Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and French), with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate effectively with all partners.
· *Organizational and prioritization skills: *Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure that marketing activities are executed on time and to a high standard. Demonstrated decision-making skills are essential.
· *Analytical skills: *Strong analytical abilities to evaluate marketing performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions that enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
