Energy SpecialistAs the Energy Specialist, you will support the development and implementation of the Energy Management Program. This includes gathering energy management-related information, analysing information and utility data to identify opportunities and priorities, as well as project implementation. You will also be assisting in the development of policies and guidelines regarding energy usage and work cooperatively and liaise with a variety of other City managers, staff, contractors, and outside agencies, including but not limited to FortisBC.You hold a post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering and/or have completed one of the following: BCIT SEMAC, the UBC Masters in Clean Energy or the Douglas College Building Energy and Resources Management program certificate. You have a minimum of 4 years of related energy management experience. A Certified Energy Manager designation would be an asset.Live, work and play in one of Canada?s fastest growing cities.
