*Marketing Coordinator*
*Reports to*: Manager - Marketing & Funding
*Job Type*: Full Time (40 Hours/Week)
*Scope of the Position*
The primary role of the Marketing Coordinator is to manage and coordinate all aspects of tradeshows and events to support Team Eagle, Eagle Aerospace, and Eagle & Myslik?s marketing initiatives. This includes overseeing logistics, planning, execution of tradeshows, managing social media, ensuring promotional content is prepared, and maintaining lead tracking and reporting from events. The position will also assist in other marketing activities as needed to support the Manager - Marketing & Funding.
*Responsibilities*
* *Tradeshow and Event Management*:
* Plan, organize, and execute all tradeshow and event logistics, including event registration, booth setup, shipping of promotional materials, and managing deadlines.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure necessary promotional materials, product displays, and marketing content are ready for each event.
* Manage Pre-event marketing including email campaigns.
* Manage post-event activities, such as gathering leads, analyzing data, and preparing reports on event outcomes and ROI.
* *Social Media Management*:
* Assist with the development and execution of social media strategies for Team Eagle, Eagle Aerospace, and Eagle & Myslik.
* Create and schedule engaging social media posts before, during, and after events to promote attendance, highlight participation, and showcase key insights.
* Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments or inquiries, and provide timely updates about events and promotions.
* Track and report on social media engagement and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
* *Marketing Material Management*:
* Oversee and maintain the inventory of marketing materials for tradeshows, ensuring all assets are up-to-date, printed, or ordered as necessary.
* Assist in coordinating and editing content for brochures, banners, videos, and digital assets used at events and on social media.
* *Lead Tracking and Reporting*:
* Track and manage leads generated from tradeshows, webinars, and other events through sales funnel management.
* Compile and analyze lead data to report on event effectiveness and lead generation outcomes.
* *Additional Marketing Support*:
* Provide assistance to the Manager - Marketing & Funding in other marketing activities, including campaign execution and reporting.
* Maintain the marketing activity calendar, ensuring all event-related deadlines are met.
*Qualifications*
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
*Tradeshow and Event Coordination*
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented and capable of managing the end-to-end logistics of tradeshows, including booth setup, material shipments, and on-site execution.
* Experience in event planning or marketing coordination, preferably within a B2B environment.
*Social Media and Creativity*
* Knowledge of social media platforms and experience with developing engaging content.
* Strong creativity to craft innovative social media posts, engage audiences, and boost event awareness.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
*Leadership and Initiative*
* A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to take the lead on tradeshow and social media management.
* Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise.
*Technical Skills*
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), WordPress, and Adobe products (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
* Experience with CRM or event management software to track leads and manage data is an asset.
* Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is preferred.
