\*Job Summary\*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
The Office Administrator ensures that the customer who comes through the door knows that we will handle all repairs, questions, or issues they may need resolved in a friendly and professional manner. This role ensures the customer and insurance company are up to date on the progress of each repair, which assists to maintain the flow of all repairs throughout the production process. Providing quality customer service makes for a great experience at our shop as well as ensures repeat customers.

*Responsibilities:*
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process by working consistently with our team members to obtain the most current status of the repair
Perform reception and telephone responsibilities as needed
Maintain files and other assigned tasks in a well-organized fashion
Perform accounts payable or other accounting or payroll tasks as needed
Assist Collision Center Manager as requested
Understand and be able to process work related to repair orders, insurance requirements, and the computer systems
Assure timely billing to all insurance carriers and other responsible parties
Responsible for the daily contact with all visitors including customers, prospective customers, vendors, and others entering the office area
Promptly and courteously answers the telephone
Book appointments, manage drop off and pickup
Handle customer inquiries promptly
Assists manager or supervisor with filing, data entry and other tasks as requested
\*Qualifications\*
- Preference given to prior MPIC experience
-Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Experience supervising staff or managing teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
