*What You?ll Do*
* Plan logistics of the trip and obtain appropriate paperwork
* Deliver boats to customers and other Pride locations
* Instruct customers on how to properly use their boat, including docking lessons, loading and unloading the boat onto trailer, and maintenance schedule
* Maintain confidentiality surrounding customer information
* Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles
* Trailer boats to and from customers and other Pride locations, launching when required
* Pickup and deliver customer boats by water
* Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections on vehicle and load, ensuring safety and roadworthiness
* Complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift, including daily logs, inspection logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspection, following applicable provincial and federal regulations
* Provide feedback to management and service department regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
* Assist in the winterization process by shrink wrapping and cleaning boats
* Maintain a clean and professional location by removing and properly disposing of waste
* Work as a team with all crewmembers
* All other duties as assigned
*What We?d Like From You*
* 2-4 years of delivery driver and/or customer service experience preferred
* Experience in trailering, driving and launching boats considered an asset
* Valid G driver's license required with a clean drivers abstract
* Pleasure Craft Operator card required
* Flexibility to work irregular hours during peak periods, including weekends
* Comfortable in a physically demanding role with regular lifting, pushing, kneeling and reaching

* Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
* delivery driving: 2 years (preferred)
* Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
* Trailering, driving and launching boats: 1 year (preferred)
