Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Establish client insurance coverage. Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed. Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries. Provide customer service. Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Schedule and confirm appointments. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Provincial or territorial licence. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Health benefits: Dental plan. Financial benefits: Commission. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
