Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: At heights. Cold/refrigerated. Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Tasks: Build pallets. Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products. Ship orders. Pick orders and stock. Wrap goods. Pack and unpack goods. Sort, crate and stack goods. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Forklift Operator Certification. Vehicle and equipment experience: Dollies and hand trucks. Light trucks. Pallet lifters. Area of specialization: Shipping and receiving. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination.
