The Account Manager is responsible for working with incoming leads, nurturing new and existing client relationships, and spearheading initiatives to enhance the performance of existing accounts through account development plans.
*Responsibilities:*
* Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction. Using CRM as primary tools for recording and planning customer interactions
* Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients, upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Generate and fulfil account plans as a roadmap to success with quantifiable road marks
* Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and positioning to customers.
* Customer Success: Actively manage customer accounts, ensuring they receive appropriate support and assistance throughout their journey. Recycle old opportunities to increase top of sales funnel.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services and enhance the customer experience.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales and customer success records, including key performance indicators and customer interactions.
*Job Requirements*
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proactive communication approach
* Previous experience with B2B sales, or engineering
* Experience with CRM systems
* Experience with scheduling, multi-tasking, or working with deadlines to prioritize tasks
* Fluency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
* Ability to work autonomously
* High Attention to detail
* Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
* Experience with or a keen interest in electrical systems and or energy
