*Business Navigator Specialist *
We are seeking a highly motivated and eager to learn person to join our team as Energy Efficiency Navigator. In this pivotal role, you will guide property and business owners across Atlantic Canada in retrofitting their homes and businesses for enhanced energy efficiency. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, providing invaluable advice and assistance to our customers. If you are passionate about helping people and businesses, reducing emissions, optimizing energy use, and developing innovative programs, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Customer Service:* Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting the high standards set by Thinkwell Shift and our clients.
* *Customer Consultations:* Engage and collaborate with businesses about rebate programs that can help them save energy and money.
* *Data Collection and Reporting:* Maintain meticulous records of retrofit projects, documenting estimated and actual energy savings and emission reductions. Generate regular reports for stakeholders and contribute to program evaluation.
* *Team Collaboration:* Working in a collaborative team environment and accepting feedback.
* *Task Management:* Efficiently manage multiple project workflows in a dynamic setting, prioritizing key tasks and deliverables.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education and Experience:* A Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in energy systems, sustainability, engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field or related experience..
* *Language Skills:* This position requires the ability to communicate in both written and spoken French language.
* *Soft Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with property owners, contractors, and team members.
* *Other Requirements:* Driver's license and clean background check.
*Performance Criteria:*
