*Job Description:*
As the Human Resource Coordinator, you will perform various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and maintaining HR records. You will be organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a healthy work environment. You will actively model and promote the BFP values, shaping a positive culture through your example.
*Expectations:*
* Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
* Provide support to the Supervisor of Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) program as needed
* Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related employee inquiries
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Coordinate employee training and development programs
* Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
* Performs other duties as assigned
