<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Working with external and internal customers, the Field Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) is responsible for scheduling technicians for field repairs and maintenance work. Generating work orders and managing a preventative maintenance and repair schedulers.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Schedule Technicians for service work, including the coordination of technicians? availability.</li> <li>Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes</li> <li>Responsible for timely communications with the customer</li> <li>Enter maintenance schedules/Contractor agreements.</li> <li>Issue and receive purchase orders.</li> <li>Process service orders / credit card transactions</li> <li>Research warranty coverage on field repairs</li> <li>Prepare invoice reports on a semi-monthly basis.</li> <li>Verify that the field level risk assessments are completed and signed.</li> <li>Ensure that the repair of the machines is completed in a prompt manner.</li> <li>Assist employees in other departments, as necessary.</li> <li>Support Service Manager with NSC Fleet requirements</li> <li>Participate in all required Health & Safety Training.</li> <li>Comply with the Health & Safety program and practices.</li> <li>Performance of daily duties in a manner conducive to a safe workplace.</li> <li>Comply with policies and procedures.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Candidate</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: College</li> <li>Work Experience: 1-2 years</li> <li>Knowledge: Effective communication, and ability to multitask. Proficient with computers including Microsoft office; proven ability to work effectively with customers and/or others; ability to understand and work with GPS vehicle monitoring systems, working knowledge of NSC Fleet requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $60,000-$65,000</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Company</strong></p> <p>Since 1858, Wajax has been a leading industrial products and solutions provider continually innovating to serve Canadian industry coast-to-coast.
