*Responsibilities:*
* *Property Management:* Oversee all aspects of assigned properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards and operate efficiently.
* *Financial Administration:* Analyze expenses, prepare annual budgets, and manage financial transactions related to property operations.
* *Relationship Management:* Build and maintain positive relationships with occupants, trades, clients, and stakeholders.
* *Maintenance & Projects:* Conduct property inspections, arrange for necessary maintenance, manage projects, negotiate contracts, and handle emergencies promptly.
* *Reporting & Communication:* Prepare and present monthly management reports, conduct meetings with Condo Boards, and correspond directly with tenants, clients, and contractors.
* *On-Site Visits:* Regularly visit properties to ensure compliance with standards and address any issues.
* *Emergency Response:* Be on-call 24/7 for emergency situations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* *Documentation:* Prepare detailed written inspection reports and take photos as needed (utilizing apps like Snapchat for documentation if applicable).
*Requirements:*
* *Experience:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in condominium property management in Ontario. Experience with industrial and commercial condominiums will be considered an asset.
* *Licensing:* Active Condominium Management General License.
* *Driver?s License:* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* *Knowledge:* Advanced understanding of the 1998 Condominium Act and relevant legislation.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Yardi Voyager software is an asset.
* *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* *Organizational Skills:* Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
* *Teamwork:* Proven team-building skills and problem-solving abilities.
* *Self-Starter:* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
