Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including cold calling, emailing, and attending industry events.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and track performance against goals.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's products/services.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure favorable agreements for the company.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and progress towards targets. Provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the Printing and Packaging Industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
* Technical Proficiency: Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
