*Job Description:*
We are looking for motivated and experienced Finance Managers to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Manager at Harms Auto Group, you will oversee all aspects of the financing process, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction, compliance, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive finance, a deep understanding of deal structuring, and experience working with a variety of lenders.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Review and process credit applications to secure optimal financing solutions for customers.
* Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket offerings.
* Collaborate with the sales team to enhance deal profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure all deals adhere to dealership policies and are compliant with legal regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
* Train and support the sales team on finance-related products and best practices.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding financing options, payments, and related products.
* Ensure the accurate completion of paperwork and prompt submission of all financing documentation to lenders and internal departments.
* Monitor and improve finance department performance by tracking key metrics such as product penetration rates and deal profitability.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry (required).
* Strong knowledge of automotive finance, F&I products, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Experience working with financial institutions and lenders.
* Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS); experience with Reynolds and First Canadian programs is an asset.
* High degree of professionalism and ethical conduct.
