\*Overview\* We are seeking a Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring the availability of materials needed for maintenance and repair tasks. \*Responsibilities\* - Procure parts and materials required for maintenance activities - Maintain accurate inventory records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Source and order parts from suppliers as needed - Collaborate with maintenance staff to identify parts requirements - Assist in fabricating parts when necessary - Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management - Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors - Operate forklifts to move and organize parts within the facility - Support demand planning by forecasting parts needs based on historical data \*Requirements\* - Mechanical knowledge to understand different types of parts and their functions - Experience in sourcing and procuring parts is a plus - Familiarity with CMMS software for inventory management - Knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial - Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate records - Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders - Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
