Job details
*Duties and Responsibilities*
· Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to the Club?s accounts (i.e. bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems).
· Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivables, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions and bank statements in a ledger or computer system. Ensure monthly payment schedules are met for all C.R.A. and provincial taxes.
· Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets.
· Prepare period statements.
· Responsible for ensuring deposits for all financial transactions are done and appropriate documentation is recorded and maintained.
· Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations and price lists.
· Ensure that all required documents, receipts, files, etc. are available to perform an accurate yearly audit.
· Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems.
· Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
· Prepare annual budget in consultation with the Executive Director.
· Issue R.O.E.?s as required for employees.
· Ensure yearly data is provided as requested from Executive Director or Director of Operations.
· Maintain up to date participant records and issue reports as requested.
· Ensure up to date data on computer system of program attendances, payments received for all programming. Producing billing for programs attendees as required.
· Participate in fundraisers and special events as requested.
· Adherence to all provincial, federal and Club laws and policies specific to health, safety and liability.
· Adherence to board policies, stated hours of work, wearing designated work attire during hours of work.

*Qualifications*
· Post-secondary education in business, or related field
· Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly Strong organizational skills
· Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
· Experience working with a diverse team and promoting a positive brand image
· Good customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
