Stone processing plant and foundry. Tasks: Maintain clean and safe work environment. Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. Transport raw materials, finished products and scrap materials through the plant. Feed conveyors, crushers and other equipment. Open valves and start pumps. Sort, stack, bundle and stamp materials. Assist process and machine operators in mineral ore and metal processing. Load and unload vehicles using forklift or dolly. Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs or other stone products to specific shape or design and to produce a smooth finish. Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations. Equipment and machinery experience: Forklift. Area of work experience: Material handling.
