Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, and operating heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience working in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
-Receive incoming shipments, physically tallying up the stock against the PO before handing the receiving paperwork to supervisor and putting stock away.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently
- Counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking products of various sizes to make sure shipments are safe
-Keeping an inventory of products in the warehouse and making sure everything is in the correct place and ordered if needed
- Utilize warehouse management system (MINOS) to track inventory and update records
- Operate forklift and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse and loading/unloading
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
- Fabricate and build kits or package materials as needed
- Perform regular maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Keeping the area safe and ensuring the safety of other warehouse workers
-Working with others within the warehouse and managers to make sure daily procedures are done
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
-Any other responsibilities assigned by the warehouse supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Must have a reach truck license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
