As our Remote Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our sales efforts in your designated region, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. You will also be required to:</p><ul><li><p>Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales goals</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share</p></li><li><p>Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services</p></li><li><p>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</p></li></ul><p>This candidate would have the qualities of a coachable individual who is self-motivated, possesses leadership skills, and a customer focused attitude. They will have integrity and a desire for professional development, be willing to learn and have exceptional people skills.
