Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. Work setting: Nursing home/home for the aged. Tasks: Collect specimens. Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Bathe, dress and groom patients. Answer call signals to determine patients' needs. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients.
