*What you will do:*
* Facilitate activities within Production department in the day-to-day operations
* Making sure that all contracts are ready for approval
* Maintain the CRM database of our customers
* Respond to customer calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide them with a remarkable experience
* Good phone etiquette
* Coordinate and schedule appointments for installations with our customers
* Follow-ups, cancellations and manage special customer requests
* Interact with Sales Team on daily basis
* Collect customers' deposits
* Work with cross functioning teams as needed (ex: call center, production, sales)
* Process texts, archive, copy, print, publish, organize, etc
* Knowledge of Quickbooks, SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft office is a big asset
* Reports to Sales Manager
*What you must have:*
* 1 year of office assistant or sales coordinator experience - good track record!
* Bilingual
* Knowledge of Quickbooks, SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft office is a big asset
* Disciplined and motivated
* Have good listening skills
* Ability to follow up
* Likes to consult and help people
* Great interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
* Proficiency in computer
