Education: College/CEGEP. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Dusty. Work setting: Agriculture, fishing and/or forestry. Tasks: Inspect operation of instruments and systems. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Complete test and maintenance reports. Remove and replace defective parts. Logical approach for troubleshooting. Determine testing and maintenance procedures. Install new measuring instruments. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Instrumentation and Control Technicians (Red Seal). Instrument experience: Pneumatic. Hydraulic. Electrical instruments. Mechanical. Type of industry experience: Industrial instruments servicing. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
