Traverse Rescue LLC, a Ferno Group Company, is a manufacturer of rescue equipment. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative at our Oakville, Ontario office. We are searching for a passionate and driven individual who is excited about the opportunity to grow and learn with us. An individual to manage day-to-day incoming customer purchase orders along with all outbound deliveries, invoicing. Additional tasks will be added, responsibilities not limited to.
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers daily. You will need to be able to resolve issues and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. *Job Duties: *
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional product and service solutions- phone/email and fax.
* Document and process customer orders meticulously in our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Enter customer orders and generate accompanying work orders using our Accounting Software, Spire.
* Invoice
* Track and monitor orders until completion and notify customers of progress.
* Issue customer statements.
* Generate reports.
* Filing
* Month end closing
* Assist in Y/E closing
* Inventory count and verification
* Assist with regulatory requirements
* Assist with Price lists and adjustments.
*Qualifications: *
* A minimum of 3-5 years experience.
* Strong communication skills (written/oral)
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
* Able to deal with complexity and skilled multi-tasking
* Reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines
* Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Positive attitude/outlook and embraces taking on new challenges.
* Works well under pressure, maintaining composure, kindness, and compassion.
* Must provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Intermediate working knowledge of personal computers including, Windows based software such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
* Detailed knowledge of billing procedures, schedules, and adjustments
