In a context of passing on responsibilities as you take over the position, your responsibilities will include : <br>- Monthly reporting and updated budget, as well as presentations to parent company and management; <br>- Support and manage a small Finance team; <br>- Ensuring the smooth running of the budget process, including cash flow forecasting; <br>- Annual audit; <br>- Updating the business plan and improving its modeling; <br>- Preparation of SRED tax credit applications and funding claims; <br>- Improving the ERP implemented in January 2024.</p><p>Your profile : <br>- You have a university degree in accounting/finance and hold the CPA designation; <br>- You have between 5 and 10 years' post-designation experience in a firm or similar position, with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting. <br>- Experience in preparing SRED tax credit applications is an asset. <br>- Work experience in a start-up company is an asset. <br>- Superior reporting skills, including presentations; <br>- Excellent command of Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; <br>- Rigor and accuracy, as well as strong financial analysis and modeling skills; <br>- Training in auditing standards and good understanding of internal controls; <br>- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP; <br>- You are organized and respect deadlines. <br>- You have a very good level of French and English, both spoken and written. <br> <br>For this position : <br>- Competitive compensation and benefits; <br>- Opportunities for rapid development in terms of responsibilities; <br>- A pleasant, bright and airy work environment with access to a magnificent rooftop terrace overlooking Montreal; <br>- Friendly atmosphere and group activities; <br>- Hybrid telecommuting options; <br>- Showers and secure bicycle parking.</p>
