Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Establish work schedules. Manage events. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Cost products and services. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. 11-15 people.
