Plan and control budget and expenditures. Supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Train other workers. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage training and development strategies. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Conduct research. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
