Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: General office. Tasks: Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services. Organize and maintain inventory. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Set up and maintain inventory control system. Maintain supply storage areas. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. MS Excel. Computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering system. Area of specialization: Project management. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
