Your key responsibilities will include, *but not be limited to*:
* Provide above average customer service to internal/external Team Members, Suppliers and Visitors
* Handle a multi-line phone system; answering, screening, transferring of calls
* Process all daily correspondence; mail, couriers, faxes, memos and other documents as requested
* Maintain Meeting calendar and coordinate all related activities in preparation for those meetings and luncheons
* Maintain the Sales Representatives travel schedule
* Maintain office supplies and boardroom inventories
* Support company activities, events and fundraisers
* Understand the Fabris Inc. Health and Safety Management Systems (HSMS)
* Understand and follow the policies and procedures of the Fabris Quality Management System (QMS)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Grade 12 Diploma
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Reception or Administrative role
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian, an asset
* Skills to enhance growth and development in your contribution to the Fabris Inc. Team
* Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills partnered with a positive team approach
* Superior time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner
