*Marketing Manager* We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our brand through strong digital marketing strategies. *About Us:* Trestle Brewing Company is a small, family-owned craft brewery & kitchen located on the waterfront in beautiful Parry Sound on the shores of Georgian Bay. We distribute our beer to licensees, the LCBO, and grocery stores across Ontario. Our brewery has one of the best locations in Ontario with an incredible riverside Patio, Biergarten, Taproom and Retail Store. Trestle is a destination for visitors to the area as well as a hub for the local community and events. Our kitchen prepares a menu that is Feast ON certified by the Ontario Culinary Alliance and focuses on using fresh, local ingredients & includes our beer wherever possible. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and events. * Manage and oversee all marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, social media presence, email marketing, and partnerships. * Create engaging and compelling content that tells our brewery's story and showcases our unique offerings * Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Coordinate and collaborate with the management team to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans. * Plan and organize events, tastings, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. * Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong understanding of craft beer culture, trends, and consumer preferences. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in utilizing various marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics to measure and track marketing performance. * Proficient in content generation including the use of photography, videography and editing using the Adobe suite. * Creative mindset with the ability to generate effective and innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
