Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Interior. Heavy equipment. Work setting: Rural area. Various locations. Residential construction. Commercial and/or industrial construction. Demolition. Construction. Tasks: Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Judgement. Organized. Team player. Values and ethics. Accountability. Time management. Screening questions: Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
