Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures. Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Manage contracts. Review and process claims against suppliers. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Organize and maintain inventory. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player.
