Tasks: Evaluate the delivery of social and community service programs. Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Administer programs of membership organizations. Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Coaching. Supervision: 5-10 people. Area of specialization: Corporate social responsibility.
