Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Retail business. Automobile. Tasks: Advise on use and appropriateness of goods or parts. Stock shelves and display areas. Process incoming requisitions. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment. Handle cash transactions. Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories. Clean and maintain office, supply area or warehouse. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
