*Heartland Livestock Services* currently has a part-time career opportunity for an Office Clerk at its Yorkton marketing center.
As an *Office Clerk*, you will be responsible for:
· Performing office clerical responsibilities in compiling producer settlements for livestock sales;
· Preparing invoices for livestock buyers for livestock purchases;
· Posting transactions;
· Typing cheques, forms and statements;
· Putting accurate postage on outgoing mail; and
· Other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have Grade 12, or the equivalent, supplemented by office clerical experience. Other requirements include: knowledge of regular office procedures; ability to meet and deal with the public in a courteous manner; ability to learn and operate a computer terminal and capable of neat and accurate work. Livestock and/or data entry experience is considered an asset.
