Responsibilities
Tasks

Administer nutrition plan for food preparation and service programs

Conduct research to improve nutritional programs and food service operations

Design a personalized menu for patients

Determine the appropriate food route when an individual prescription indicates that nutrition is a determining factor in the treatment of the disease

Determine the nutritional treatment plan

Develop nutrition plan for food service programs

Evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value, taste, appearance and preparation of food

Provide a complete nutritional assessment

Treat patients suffering from malnutrition or gastrointestinal disorders
