*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plumbing systems and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Responsibilities* - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations - Utilize power tools to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings - Conduct inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot plumbing systems - Collaborate with HVAC technicians and other tradespeople on projects requiring multiple skill sets *Requirements* - Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license or equivalent certification - Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics - Strong mechanical knowledge related heating and plumbing systems - Ability to use power tools effectively for plumbing tasks - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Experience in building, maintaining, and having the ability to repair residential and commercial - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: * Construction: 5 years (preferred) * Hand tools: 5 years (preferred) * Power tools: 5 years (preferred) * plumbing: 5 years (preferred) * Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-10-31- LocationStrathmore, AB
