Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Recruit staff. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Smart Serve. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Spreadsheet. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
