Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Pick up passengers and drive them to destinations. Assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles. Collect fare. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Record transactions. Provide basic tourist information. Provide pick up and delivery services on request. Attend to complaints or difficult passengers. Operate dispatch systems. Operate two-way radios. Supervision: Taxi and limousine drivers and chauffeurs. Delivery drivers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers). Driver's License. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Sitting. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills.
