Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
