_Customer Service Representative _
We are a fast growing, fast paced company looking for a back of house Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. If you are an outgoing person who takes pride in your ability to multitask, stay organized, and have strong customer service and computer skills, we want to hear from you!

· Answer phone and email inquiries.
· Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
· Create work orders and process customers orders and sales.
· Provide Customer service regarding warranties, exchanges, returns and process sales and refunds.
· Follow-up with customers regarding, new orders, incoming product and back orders.
· Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing price quotes, and preparing presentations of product knowledge for the customer.
· Support Sales team and Sales Managers in large tenders/contracts and assist with the high volume accounts of multiple professional organizations.
· Work directly with alteration team and provide detailed instructions for custom orders for custom embroidery, printing etc.
· Work with Joint Force Tactical sales team, logistics department and Vendors to meet our customers' needs.
· Source non-stocked products for existing customers using our extensive vendor database.
· Capture customer comments and feedback regarding market trends and pricing and work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
· Participate in monthly meetings with Sales, Logistics team and Management.
*CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS*
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Strong customer facing skills with ability to communicate in all social environments
· Professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multitask.
· Excellent time-management skills.
· Must be willing to work independently while also being a strong team player
· Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
· Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
· Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or equivalent
· Typing speed: 30+ wpm.
· 3+ years inside sales, quotes or customer service experience.
· Ability to pass a Police Information Check

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
